Viewing the account storage footprint

The current account storage footprint (including the project files and the renders) is always displayed in your top-right corner of your dashboard.

The figure is updated periodically by our system to give you an overview of the storage space used. The color used to display the storage figure is an indicator of current quota usage:
- Green: Your account usage is within the quota limits.
- Orange: Your account usage is close to the quota limit. Freeing some storage space by removing old jobs from the account is recommended.
- Red: Your account is over the quota limit. Freeing space to bring the used storage space under the quota limit is mandatory. Launching new jobs in the account will only be possible after bringing the account usage below the quota limit.

Clicking the storage quota figure will open a page with more information about the current quota and quota usage.

The easiest way to free up space, when needed, is to delete older jobs, by selecting the 'Delete' option in the web interface for each job.
Warning
Important! Before deleting a job, please make sure that you have downloaded the renders associated with the respective job and that the frames archive has not been damaged (if you downloaded the archive from your RenderStreet account). Deleting a job will delete all associated files.
Project files can be deleted by connecting on FTP to your RenderStreet storage account, or from the FTP browser in your RenderStreet account interface.
After performing actions (deleting or adding files), please allow for some time for the total to be recalculated. Refreshing the page will not cause the figure to be updated.
