File retention policy (how long do we keep your files)
According to our current retention policy, your files (both the project files and the renders) will be available as follows:
- On-demand plan: 14 days
- RenderStreet One: 14 days
- Studio plan: 14 days, can be extended on a case-by-case basis
After the respective number of days, the files will be deleted and cannot be recovered at a later time.
